
Ingredients:
- 1 250g Chef2Table Mixed Veg
- 1 Food Lovers Stir-fry Pack
- 1 Food Lovers Sliced Peppers Pack
- 1 Punnet Mushrooms chopped in halves
- 1 Carrots Sliced
- ½ teaspoon Thyme
- ½ teaspoon Rosemary
- ½ teaspoon Italian Herbs
- ½ teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Fine Salt
- 2 teaspoons Margarine
Cost per serving* : R19.24
Method:
- Thoroughly rinse stir-fry, pepper and mushroom pack.
- Add 1 teaspoon margarine and add stir-fry and pepper pack, cook for 10 minutes, then add half chopped mushrooms.
- Once water has reduced from the mushroom add all spices – if getting caught add a teaspoon of margarine, cook food +/- 35 minutes.
- Cook 250g Chef2Table Mixed Veg in 1L boiling water for 30 minutes.
- Once Chef2Table is cooked add in stir fry and toss all together.
