Mixed Veg Stir-fry Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 250g Chef2Table Mixed Veg
  • 1 Food Lovers Stir-fry Pack
  • 1 Food Lovers Sliced Peppers Pack
  • 1 Punnet Mushrooms chopped in halves
  • 1 Carrots Sliced
  • ½ teaspoon Thyme
  • ½ teaspoon Rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon Italian Herbs
  • ½ teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Fine Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Margarine

Cost per serving* : R19.24

Method:

  1. Thoroughly rinse stir-fry, pepper and mushroom pack.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon margarine and add stir-fry and pepper pack, cook for 10 minutes, then add half chopped mushrooms.
  3. Once water has reduced from the mushroom add all spices – if getting caught add a teaspoon of margarine, cook food +/- 35 minutes.
  4. Cook 250g Chef2Table Mixed Veg in 1L boiling water for 30 minutes.
  5. Once Chef2Table is cooked add in stir fry and toss all together.
